Bulk Download Help
This bulk download tool provides the NWS text
in a raw form, hopefully directly usable by your processing system.
You can either provide a complete 6-character PIL/AFOS ID or provide
the 3-character base ID (e.g., AFD). The start and end
dates represent 00 UTC for those dates. The Zip format is useful as
the filenames will have the product timestamp, which is useful for
when the product format has ambiguous timestamps.

Winds will be strongest Wednesday morning, then decrease by Wednesday afternoon. Confidence is high that this storm will NOT be as strong as former Typhoon Halong. * Coastal water levels: Little to no coastal flooding is expected with this storm. Along-shore winds could cause water levels to be 1 to 2.5 feet above the normal highest tide line in coastal communities during this morning and Wednesday morning's high tide. Previously flooded and/or low-lying areas may see a small increase in water levels and could be slow to drain. * Preparedness: Secure loose debris that may be blown about by strong winds. Move items that are near the coast or in low-lying areas further inland or to higher ground. Stay tuned to the forecast. Help share weather information with people whose communication networks may have been affected by the recent storm. $$
