488 AWUS83 KMKX 301403 RWSWI WIZ001>074-010215- Wisconsin Weather Summary National Weather Service Milwaukee/Sullivan WI 903 AM CDT Fri Apr 30 2021 .PAST 24 HOURS... A cold front moved through Wisconsin yesterday, bringing scattered showers and a few thunderstorms to the state. A couple of the storms had strong winds, with some isolated damage in southeast Wisconsin. A shortwave brought a few more showers to mainly the northern half of Wisconsin last night, with skies then clearing northwest to southeast late in the night into the early morning. High temperatures yesterday were above normal across much of the state, ranging from the upper 50s in north-central Wisconsin, to the low 70s southwest. Lows last night ranged from mainly the low and mid 30s northwest, to the low and mid 40s south. .FORECAST... Mostly sunny skies will prevail today, but temperatures will be a few degrees below normal. Highs will range from the mid-50s across north-central Wisconsin, to the low 60s southwest. Lows tonight will range from the upper 30s northeast, to the low and mid 40s west. Much warmer conditions will arrive for this weekend...especially on Saturday when at least the south half of the state will top out near the 80 degree mark. A chance for showers and storms will increase across the area Saturday night into Sunday. $$ DDV
