...PATCHY TO AREAS OF FOG AFFECTING THE BAYS AND NEARSHORES THIS 
MORNING...

Patchy fog to areas of fog are currently affecting portions of 
the bays and nearshore waters along the Middle Texas Coast this 
morning. Visibilities have fallen to around 1 to 3 miles, with a  
few locations briefly falling below 1 mile at times.

If you experience dense fog, proceed with caution. Use proper fog 
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use your 
radar and compass.
