            MDT reported a large mud/rock/debris flow 
            over East Fork Road from heavy thunderstorm 
            rainfall. A post-flash flood assessment was 
            conducted and verified this debris flow had 
            been caused by heavy downpours associated 
            with thunderstorms roughly around 9 pm MDT 
            on July 30, 2025.
