This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Colder air will arrive tonight and even though wind speeds tonight
into Friday morning will be under 10 mph, wind chills will drop
into the 25 below to 35 below zero range over northeastern North
Dakota, Red River valley and most of northwestern Minnesota.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Wind chills of 25 below to 35 below will once again be widespread
Friday night and Saturday morning and Saturday night and Sunday
morning particularly in northeastern North Dakota, the Red River
valley and northwestern Minnesota.  

There is a risk of light snow Saturday night into early Sunday
in the Valley City, Lisbon and Forman areas. Under 1 inch
accumulation.
