.DISCUSSION...Cool and moist conditions continue today with scattered 
showers and diurnal winds generally less than 5 mph. Offshore easterly  
winds develop Sunday night, continuing through early Tuesday morning, 
with gusts up to 25-30 mph possible on exposed ridgetops. Winds will 
be much weaker in sheltered valleys. Conditions will significantly 
dry out Monday and Tuesday, as well, with daytime RH values in the 
mid 20s and moderate to poor recoveries Monday night and Tuesday night.
