This bulk download tool provides the NWS text
in a raw form, hopefully directly usable by your processing system.
You can either provide a complete 6-character PIL/AFOS ID or provide
the 3-character base ID (e.g., AFD). The start and end
dates represent 00 UTC for those dates. The Zip format is useful as
the filenames will have the product timestamp, which is useful for
when the product format has ambiguous timestamps.

Fire Weather Planning Forecast for NE Oregon and SE Washington
National Weather Service Pendleton OR
252 PM PDT Mon Oct 27 2025
...THIS IS THE LAST FIRE WEATHER FORECAST OF THE SEASON. FORECASTS
WILL RESUME IN APRIL 2026...
.DISCUSSION...Spotty light showers are still occurring across
higher elevations of the Cascades and Blue Mountains, and will
continue to taper off through this evening as an upper level ridge
briefly passes through the area. Afternoon humidities in the
mid-20s are expected across Central and northern Oregon Tuesday,
ahead of the next system that will bring mountain rain showers
Tuesday evening through Wednesday morning. Breezy winds through
the Grande Ronde Valley Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
Widespread rain and breezy winds return Friday evening through
Saturday.
***Winds are 20 foot 10 minute averages***
***CWR-chance of wetting rain 0.10 or greater***
***Ventilation Index is derived from the
transport wind multiplied by the mixing
height in 100's of feet. Index categories
are a generalized indicator and users are
encourage to develop criteria that are
   suitable and representative of dispersion
conditions in their local area of interest.***
Note: Max transport winds may not occur
at the same time as max mixing height.
