.DISCUSSION...A relatively stable weather pattern continues with
seasonal to slightly above normal temperatures continuing for much
of the region. Localized Tule Fog remains possible tonight and 
again tomorrow night across the North Bay and East Bay Valleys 
which may keep temperatures below normal. Winds remain light and 
offshore with this pattern likely to continue into the weekend. A
pattern change is expected next week as light rain returns to the
forecast.

Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
