The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of southeast New Mexico, 
including the following areas, Central Lea, Eddy County Plains, 
Guadalupe Mountains of Eddy County, Northern Lea and Southern Lea 
and western Texas, including the following areas, Andrews, Borden, 
Dawson, Gaines, Howard, Martin, Mitchell and Scurry.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
