Rating: EF0 Estimated Peak Wind: 70 mph Path Length /statute/: 0.5824 miles Path Width /maximum/: 50 yards Fatalities: 0 Injuries: 0 Start Date: 11/11/2021 Start Time: 12:40 AM CST Start Location: 9 S Scottsville / Harrison County / TX Start Lat/Lon: 32.4005 / -94.2352 End Date: 11/11/2021 End Time: 12:40 AM CST End Location: 9 S Scottsville / Harrison County / TX End Lat/Lon: 32.4002 / -94.2252 Survey Summary: This weak EF0 tornado touched down briefly just southwest of Highway 31 in South-Central Harrison County. Only minor tree damage was observed. This damage was coincident with the beginning of a radar tornadic debris signature. This signature persisted for several miles downstream of this damage, but the survey team determined that lofted leaf debris likely caused the signal to persist much longer than there was observed damage on the ground. .Tornado #2...Southeastern Harrison County, TX... Rating: EF1 Estimated Peak Wind: 95 mph Path Length /statute/: 2.6371 miles Path Width /maximum/: 50 yards Fatalities: 0 Injuries: 0 Start Date: 11/11/2021 Start Time: 12:51 AM CST Start Location: 5 SSW Waskom / Harrison County / TX Start Lat/Lon: 32.4021 / -94.1055 End Date: 11/11/2021 End Time: 12:53 AM CST End Location: 5 S Waskom / Harrison County / TX End Lat/Lon: 32.3992 / -94.0606 Survey Summary: This weak EF1 tornado began near Farm Road 9 in far southeastern Harrison County and tracked for roughly 2.5 miles doing only tree damage, lifting approximately 1 mile before the state line. The highest degree of tree damage was at the start of the track where a cluster of hardwoods had either large branches or trunks snapped. This damage was coincident with another radar tornadic debris signature and the signature persisted for several miles downstream of this damage, likely due to lofted leaf debris. .Tornado #3...South-southwest of Blanchard in Caddo Parish, LA... Rating: EF1 Estimated Peak Wind: 105 mph Path Length /statute/: 0.1672 miles Path Width /maximum/: 100 yards Fatalities: 0 Injuries: 0 Start Date: 11/11/2021 Start Time: 01:02 AM CST Start Location: 4 SSW Blanchard / Caddo Parish / LA Start Lat/Lon: 32.5302 / -93.9118 End Date: 11/11/2021 End Time: 01:03 AM CST End Location: 4 SSW Blanchard / Caddo Parish / LA End Lat/Lon: 32.5318 / -93.9097 Survey Summary: A brief tornado embedded within a line of thunderstorms touched down near East Pine Island Road off the north side of Cross Lake. The tornado snapped many large softwood and hardwood trees uprooted a few additional trees. The damage pattern was convergent along the path, leading to the determination that this damage was from a tornado. A couple of trees fell on nearby outdoor sheds and one single family home causing significant damage. There was no direct structural damage from this tornado as its wind likely did not extend completely to the ground surface, however winds did technically touch down, damaging trees along the path. .Tornado #4...Near Woodardville in Bienville Parish, LA... Rating: EF0 Estimated Peak Wind: 70 mph Path Length /statute/: 1.1781 miles Path Width /maximum/: 40.0 yards Fatalities: 0 Injuries: 0 Start Date: 11/11/2021 Start Time: 02:06 AM CST Start Location: 5 S Ringgold / Bienville Parish / LA Start Lat/Lon: 32.2551 / -93.2998 End Date: 11/11/2021 End Time: 02:07 AM CST End Location: 5 S Ringgold / Bienville Parish / LA End Lat/Lon: 32.2572 / -93.2799 Survey Summary: A short-lived tornado embedded within a line of thunderstorms quickly touched down along Highway 783 and downed several small and large hardwood and softwood limbs. The tornado produced very sporadic damage to tree limbs and then lifted as it crossed U.S. Highway 371. && EF Scale: The Enhanced Fujita Scale classifies tornadoes into the following categories: EF0...Weak......65 to 85 mph EF1...Weak......86 to 110 mph EF2...Strong....111 to 135 mph EF3...Strong....136 to 165 mph EF4...Violent...166 to 200 mph EF5...Violent...>200 mph NOTE: The information in this statement is preliminary and subject to change pending final review of the events and publication in NWS Storm Data. $$ 04/10/33/50
