.DISCUSSION...Any lingering drizzle will quickly give way to clearing
skies this morning. Surface winds will increase this morning into the
afternoon...potentially gusting as high as 30-35mph...shifting from west
to southwest and then back to west again behind a weak cold front. Winds 
will diminish later tonight and become northerly with time as high 
pressure moves overhead. No RH or temperature issues are anticipated.
