.DISCUSSION...
A weak upper level trough will sag southward across southern
California through Independence Day. For the Rx area, a very slight
cooling trend is expected Wednesday through Thursday, with very
little change in humidities expected. Low clouds are forecast to 
move over the site from the southeast Wednesday morning, and again 
late Wednesday night into early Thursday, but there is a 40% chance 
that the cloud deck may not extend over the Rx area. The chances of
low cloud coverage are higher Thursday morning. Otherwise clear
conditions are expected with weak southwest to west flow during the
afternoon to evening hours.
