Weather Summary for Puerto Rico
National Weather Service San Juan PR
459 AM AST Sat Nov 26 2016

Partly cloudy skies prevailed across Puerto Rico during the
overnight hours. Brief showers were observed over the local waters,
some of them reaching portions of the north and eastern sections
of Puerto Rico. The showers were relatively fast moving and
hundredths to tenths of an inch of rain were observed. Surface
winds were mainly light and variable but a few gusts were observed
near the showers as they passed by. Overnight minimum temperatures
were in the mid to upper 70s across the lower elevations and in
the upper 60s to lower 70s across the higher elevations.

Light to moderate brief showers are expected over the coastal
waters and across portions of eastern and northern Puerto Rico
early in the morning, followed by afternoon showers across the
interior and western sections of the island. Overall, a more
seasonal and fair weather pattern is expected as a high pressure
system dominates the local weather pattern.

Across the waters, mariners can expect seas between 4 and 7 feet
and east winds between 10 to 15 knots. Small craft advisories are
in effect for the offshore Atlantic waters through 8 PM tonight.
There is a high risk of rip currents for the Atlantic beaches of
Puerto Rico and Culebra through this afternoon.
