HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN MONDAY NIGHT WHILE SKIES CLEAR GIVING A

YEAR MAKE THEIR PRESENCE. THEN TEMPERATURES WILL BE HARD PRESSED
TO BREACH FREEZING ON TUESDAY.
