A tornado tracked through southeast Butler County Wednesday
evening.

Survey Summary:
An EF-1 tornado touched down near the Arkansas border in far
southern Butler county and then tracked northeast passing a few
miles southeast of Qulin. It then crossed over the St Francis
River and moved into far northwest Dunklin County for a brief
time before lifting. Over a dozen homes received some sort of
shingle or siding damage. Over a dozen power poles were damaged
including several that were snapped. Several grain bins were
destroyed and many outbuildings were damaged or destroyed as
well.
