Survey Summary:
The tornado began in East Peoria near Bloomington Rd and Pleasant
Hill Rd.  It continued along Interstate 74 toward the north side
of Morton where it damaged an industrial complex.  The storm then
continued toward the east side of Morton near the high school,
snapping several hardwood trees along the way.  Tornado damage
was then documented in rural Tazwell county, mainly north of
Mackinaw near Dee Mack Rd and toward the American Legion post
where siding was ripped off the east side of the building. 
Tornado appeared to lift shortly after that point.
