The tornado continued northeast through the remainder of rural Clay county before entering Quitman County and crossing Beachom Road. The most significant tree damage was seen in this location with numerous trees uprooted or snapped. The tornado continued northeastward through inaccessible areas before crossing Lower Morris Road and dissipating just south of US Highway 82. Minor damage was reported to a home along Seahorse Lane consistent with an EF-0 rating. The timing and track of the tornado was refined using radar data and photos of the waterspout over Apalachicola Bay and the Gulf of Mexico from social media. .Western Taylor County #1... The tornado touched down along Nutall Rise Road and continued northeast crossing Powell Hammock Road into heavily wooded areas where it dissipated. Tree damage supportive of an EF-0 rating with maximum winds near 80 mph was noted along the path. .Western Taylor County #2... The tornado touched down near County Road 690A just east of the Aucilla River and continued northeast crossing U.S. Highway 98 near Aucilla River Road. The tornado dissipated in a heavily wooded area east of Loughridge Road.
