...NWS DAMAGE SURVEY FOR 3/5/22 TORNADO EVENT - UPDATE #4...

.UPDATE...Includes two more tornadoes in Jasper, Poweshiek and
Tama Counties.

.Kellogg Tornado...

This tornado formed northwest of Kellogg and moved northeast
through rural agricultural land. It did pass just to the north of Newburg
in northeast Jasper county. Much of the path consisted of EF-0 to
EF-1 damage with EF-2 damage noted north of the Rock Creek 
Wildlife Management Area.

End Date:               3/5/2022

End Location:           5.3 miles east of Gilman


.Tama Tornado...

This tornado formed southwest of Tama near Richland Creek and
moved northeast through rural Tama County. Most damage was EF-0
and EF-1 with some EF-2 damage occurring along Highway E64 to the
southeast of Tama. The tornado dissipated near Highway 30 to the
east of Tama.
