SURVEY_SUMMARY: A brief tornado occurred north of Silver Creek on July 8. 
Along its 4 mile path, damage was mostly confined to trees with only minor
structural damage. Center pivots along or close to the path of the tornado 
were overturned. Thanks to the Region 44 Emergency Manager for her 
assistance with the survey.
