Survey Summary: The tornado traveled along the Catahoula Parish / 
Avoyelles Parish border, where it damaged trees and mobiles along
Lula Willey Road. It then crossed the Lake Ophelia National
Wildlife Refuge before crossing back into Catahoula Parish, ending
before reaching Moody Road.

EF Scale:  The Enhanced Fujita Scale Classifies Tornadoes into
