...Summary...
Intermittent path starting 2 miles west of Massillon around
12:11 am and continuing southeast toward Kamary Ave where a
barn was damaged. The tornado touched down again NW of Sparta and
continued south-southeast to the the Stark County line near OH-
800 at 12:30 am. Uprooted or damaged trees were observed along
the intermittent path. Some of the trees did fall onto homes. A
few homes had minor to moderate roof damage. A roof was also
lifted off a barn with some of the walls collapsing.
