...NWS DAMAGE SURVEY FOR 5/17/2019 TORNADO EVENT...

.A supercell developed in Beaver County Oklahoma around 7 PM and 
moved northeast across Meade, northwest Clark, southern Ford, 
Edwards, southeast Pawnee and northern Stafford Counties during 
the evening hours. The thunderstorm produced a tornado near the 
Oklahoma state line south of Plains, Kansas around 739 PM and 
subsequently generated three relatively long-tracked tornadoes. It
also produced a brief rope tornado as it weakened around 1130 PM 
near the Barton/Stafford County line.
