...NWS DAMAGE SURVEY FOR 12/01/18 MONETT TORNADO EVENT...


.OVERVIEW...A National Weather Service Damage Survey concluded that 
an EF-0 tornado, with a peak wind speed of 80 mph, touched down 2 miles
south of Monett, MO on Aaron Street and tracked to the east-northeast to 
Amanda Avenue for approximately one tenth of a mile before lifting west
of Highway 37. Roof damage occurred to several homes.
