* IMPACTS...Snow covered roads will make travel hazardous, with the 
  possibility of difficult travel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

It is strongly recommended to alter travel plans during the storm. 
Travel is expected to become very difficult to impossible. If you 
must travel, take a winter storm kit along with you, including such 
items as tire chains, booster cables, flashlight, shovel, blankets 
and extra clothing. Also take water, a first aid kit, and anything 
else that would help you survive in case you become stranded.

  could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
