...New Orleans NOAA Weather Radio Transmitter Outage Tuesday
September 13th...

The New Orleans NOAA Weather Radio transmitter, broadcasting on a
frequency of 162.550 will be off the air for maintenance work on 
Tuesday September 13th between 9am CDT and 3pm CDT. 

During the down time, the following transmitters with overlapping
coverage can be used: Morgan City, broadcasting on a frequency of
162.475 MHz, Bogalusa broadcasting on a frequency of 162.525 MHz,
Buras broadcasting on a frequency of 162.475 MHz, and Baton Rouge
broadcasting on a frequency 162.400 MHz.
