...NWS Damage Survey For 10/13/2021 OKC Tornado Event...

.Overview...Three tornadoes were produced in the Oklahoma City
metropolitan area from a squall line that moved through in the 
morning hours of Wednesday, October 13.

Survey Summary: This tornado touched down just south of State
Highway 152 and Frisco Road in the western part of Mustang and
moved northeast. Tree and power line damage was observed in
Mustang with at least one home receiving some roof damage. The
tornado crossed Southwest 59th Street into southwest Oklahoma 
City between Cemetery Road and Czech Hall Road. To the east
of Czech Hall Road, two homes received roof damage and a parked
pickup truck was flipped as the tornado went through a neighborhood.
The tornado continued east-northeast producing mainly tree damage
before it dissipated southwest of Southwest 29th Street and County 
Line Road.

Survey Summary: The second tornado touched down southwest of
Northwest 10th Street and Villa Avenue and generally primarily 
produced tree damage as it moved northeast then east-northeast 
through the Youngs-Englewood, Classen-Ten-Penn, Plaza, Mesta Park
and Heritage Hills districts of Oklahoma City before ending near
Interstate 235 and northeast 21st Street.

Survey Summary: This tornado touched down in the western part of
Forest Park near Northeast 36th Street and Bryant Avenue and moved
northeast through Forest Park, crossing Northeast 50th Street into
northeast Oklahoma City and dissipating west of Northeast 63rd 
Street and Midwest Boulevard. This tornado produced sporadic tree
damage.
