The National Weather Service in State College PA has confirmed a tornado near Starbrick in Warren County Pennsylvania on April 14, 2019. Initial damage survey confirmed a tornado produced significant damage near the intersection of Preston Rd and U.S. Route 6 in Starbrick (Conewango Township). Carter Lumber company sustained extensive damage and a boat was lifted off of the ground. Tornado EF rating, path length and maximum path width will be updated by late afternoon.
