Rochester...

...June Highlights...

There were 20 days where the daily average temperature was above
normal, including 3 days where the daily average temperature was
10 degrees or more above normal. By comparison, only 9 days had a 
daily average temperature that was below normal, and none were 10
degrees or more below normal. The warmest stretch was from the 1st 
to the 9th, when temperatures were 3 to 15 degrees above normal. The 
monthly average temperature of 69.9 degrees ranked as the 17th 
warmest June on record (tied with 1943), and was 2.3 degrees above 
normal.

Precipitation was near normal. The monthly total of 4.65 inches was
far below last years June total of 9.08 inches, 4.90 of which fell
on June 28th alone. Although 15 days had precipitation in June 2020, 
only one day had 1 inch or more: June 9th, when 1.83 inches fell.
