Summary: 
The tornado touched down on Clark Rd in Amite County, uprooting
several trees. It then traveled along and crossed Hebron Road
where it snapped and uprooted numerous hardwood and softwood
trees. Several of these trees were lying in crossed directions. At
one point, almost every tree in sight was snapped or uprooted. The
tornado then crossed Brown Road and traveled along this road,
snapping and uprooting trees along its path. It then crossed
Barron Rd, Upper Glading Rd, and Wilson Rd, where it uprooted
numerous trees and snapped some trees of varying types. Then it
crossed the county line and entered Pike County. It then crossed 
Moak Rd and traveled along Enterprise Rd, uprooting large pine 
trees and hardwood trees. It also snapped some pine trees in this 
area. It also caused uprooted and snapped trees on Caston Rd. Then
the tornado crossed Hwy 570, snapping and uprooting trees in its 
path. This area, just west of McComb, MS, is where the survey 
concluded for today. The survey will be continued tomorrow into 
the rest of Pike County. 

EF Scale: The Enhanced Fujita Scale classifies tornadoes into the
following categories:

EF0...Weak......65 to 85 mph
EF1...Weak......86 to 110 mph
EF2...Strong....111 to 135 mph
EF3...Strong....136 to 165 mph
EF4...Violent...166 to 200 mph
EF5...Violent...>200 mph
