...Summary...
The National Weather Service has confirmed a EF0 tornado in the
1400 hundred block off Gasser Road northwest in Dover, Ohio. The 
tornado blew apart a 100 year old barn and displaced several items
that were in it. Several large branches from adjacent hardwood 
trees fell down as well. The tornado lifted up just after it 
crossed Gasser Road northwest. 

This is the 16th tornado to hit Tuscarawas county since 1950 and
4th EF0 tornado. The last tornado recorded in Tuscarawas County
occurred on July 10th 2013 nearly six years ago. 

EF Scale: The Enhanced Fujita Scale classifies tornadoes into the
following categories:

EF0...Weak......65 to 85 mph
EF1...Weak......86 to 110 mph
EF2...Strong....111 to 135 mph
EF3...Strong....136 to 165 mph
EF4...Violent...166 to 200 mph
EF5...Violent...>200 mph
