It will remain cool and breezy across the Commonwealth, with wind gusts around 20 to 25 MPH. A more widespread freeze is expected tonight as skies clear and winds calm, with lows around or below freezing expected outside of the Philadelphia urban corridor. A warming trend is expected from Tuesday to the end of the work week, with highs making it back into the 70s to low 80s by Friday. Scattered rain showers will move across the Commonwealth Tuesday night and Wednesday, but the rest of the week looks mainly dry. $$
