Bulk Download Help
This bulk download tool provides the NWS text
in a raw form, hopefully directly usable by your processing system.
You can either provide a complete 6-character PIL/AFOS ID or provide
the 3-character base ID (e.g., AFD). The start and end
dates represent 00 UTC for those dates. The Zip format is useful as
the filenames will have the product timestamp, which is useful for
when the product format has ambiguous timestamps.

Lingering rain over eastern Pennsylvania will mix with or change to snow before ending late this afternoon. Scattered flurries and light snow showers are also possible across central and western Pennsylvania. A strong clipper system will move across the Great Lakes and into New York State on Friday. This will produce bands of rain and snow across the northern half of Pennsylvania. A tight pressure gradient associated with the system will result in strong winds gusting up to 50 mph in portions of central and western Pennsylvania. A warm front on Sunday will bring warmer air that will linger into early Monday before a strong cold front brings a period of rain followed by cooler, drier air and gusty winds again late Monday into Tuesday. $$
