Afternoon temperatures will climb into the 40s to 50s with humidities ranging from 45 to 75 percent, the driest conditions will be in the foothills and southwestern South Dakota. Winds will shift from the south to northwest later this morning. Sustained winds will be at 15 to 30 mph with gusts of up to 45 mph over northwestern and southwestern South Dakota.
