.SYNOPSIS...Expect dry and warm conditions through this week.

&&

.DISCUSSION...The forecast remains unchanged, we are in a quiescent
period of weather through at least early next week. A consistent 
strong ridge over the eastern Pacific is keeping northern AZ under
a dry northwest flow. This feature is expected to slowly push more
inland over the next few days, bringing light winds and warming 
temperatures. Daytime highs look to peak 10-20 degrees above normal
Thursday-Friday. By the weekend, ensemble guidance is in agreement
that heights will fall slightly as the ridge flattens. Temperatures
will cool but still sit above normal into next week. A few passing
disturbances through the period will bring occasional periods of 
high clouds, no but precipitation is expected. The only other 
thing of note will be efficient radiational cooling leading to 
breezy nighttime terrain winds, particularly along/south of the 
Mogollon Rim.

.AVIATION...Tuesday 09/12Z through Wednesday 10/12Z...VFR conditions.
with mainly light and variable winds at 10 kts or less. Locally higher
winds along and south of terrain features overnight. 

OUTLOOK...Wednesday 10/12Z through Friday 12/12Z...VFR with mainly
light and variable winds expected. Locally higher winds along and
south of terrain features overnight.

.FIRE WEATHER...Today and Wednesday...Dry and warm conditions will 
continue. Light and variable daytime winds around 5 to 15 mph each 
day. Minimum RH values between 15-35% each afternoon.

Thursday through Saturday...Dry and warm conditions will continue 
through the end of the week. Light and variable daytime winds around 
5 to 15 mph each day. Minimum RH values between 20-40% each 
afternoon.
