Northeast...

...Light rain to move into the Northwest on Friday...

Low pressure over the Tennessee Valley will move northward to the
Northeast by Friday morning. The system will produce rain over
parts of the Mid-Atlantic/Tennessee Valley, which will move into
the Northeast/Ohio Valley by Thursday morning. The rain ends over
the Appalachians by Friday morning, while rain continues over the
Northeast through Friday evening. 

Upper-level energy associated with a front over the Upper
Mississippi Valley will move eastward over the Great Lakes,
producing light rain over the Northern Plains/Upper Mississippi
Valley overnight Thursday and expand into the Great Lakes on
Friday.
Meanwhile, a front moving onshore over the Pacific Northwest on
Friday will produce light rain over the Pacific Northwest by
Friday morning and expand into the Northern Intermountain Region
by Friday evening. Additionally, high pressure over South-Central
Canada will move over the Northern Plains by Friday evening.
