...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT CENTRAL VERNON COUNTY THROUGH
1145 AM CDT...
At 1116 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Nevada to 13 miles southwest of Walker to
6 miles northeast of Arcadia. Movement was northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Nevada, Walker, Schell City, Moundville, Richards, Deerfield,
Harwood, and Horton.
