and northwest Minnesota.

Early morning frost and freezing tempeatures. This afternoon will
see southeast winds increase to 10 to 20 mph and relative humidity
values fall into the 20 to 30 percent range. The wind, relative
humidity and dry fuel conditions in many areas will create near
critical fire weather conditions noon thru 7 pm today.
