.DISCUSSION...Widespread showers and breezy winds are expected 
across the area through Wednesday with the passing cold front. This 
system will also bring isolated thunderstorms over eastern Oregon 
(<30% chance). Lower elevations may receive less than 0.10 inch with 
wetting rain amounts over the mountain areas. Breezy west-southwest 
winds of 15-25 mph with gusts up to 30 mph will develop across 
Deschutes and Crook Counties through Thursday. Good to excellent 
relative humidity recoveries (60-100%) and near normal temperatures 
will continue into next week.
