Strong northwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph are
expected through 7 PM.  Northwest winds are expected to subside to 
10 to 15 mph by 8 PM and 5 to 10 mph by 10 PM. After 10 PM winds
will remain 5 to 10 mph, but will shift to the west, then southwest.
Maximum RH will be around 65 percent. Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph 
with gusts to 25 mph expected on Saturday with a minimum humidity 
around 20 percent.
