Through 2 am, isolated showers and possibly an embedded thunderstorm
will wax and wane as they move west at 5 to 10 knots through the 
Deep Gulf waters, western Straits of Florida, and the nearshore 
waters west of the Lower Keys. Mariners encountering the stronger
portions of this activity can expect bouts of moderate to heavy
rainfall reducing visibilities, wind gusts of 20 to 25 knots, and
possibly a few lightning strikes.
