Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southwest and South-Central
Arizona and Southeast California
National Weather Service Phoenix AZ
147 PM MST Sun Sep 21 2025

.DISCUSSION...
Increasing moisture will result in chances for showers through
Monday morning, however wetting rainfall will likely be extremely
limited. Modest drying will arrive Tuesday eliminating rainfall
chances. Minimum humidity levels will generally fall into a 25-35%
range following good to excellent overnight recovery of 50-90%.
Winds will remain rather light with only modest afternoon upslope
gusts.

...Thunderstorms imply gusty winds...
