If conditions become unrepresentative...contact the National Weather Service. ...OZONE ACTION DAY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CDT THIS EVENING... .DISCUSSION... South winds around 10 mph are forecast to continue for the rest of the afternoon. RH is currently around 40% and will fall a few more percent over the next couple hours. While there is no explicit mention of weather in the forecast, there is a 10% chance of an isolated shower or thunderstorm approaching the fire from the northwest later today. If this were to occur, be on the lookout for strong/erratic wind shifts. Regardless if the storms are able to make it to the fire, an outflow boundary is forecast to move toward the area late tonight/early tomorrow morning. We're not confident if it will move through the fire or not, but there is currently a 40% chance of a northerly wind shift between 6-10 am tomorrow. Outside of that, RH will recover nicely tonight to 90-95% along with light southeast winds.
