Light northeast winds this morning turn east-northeasterly 
through the afternoon, reaching 10-15 mph (gusting at times around
20 mph). Rain chances will remain isolated near the burn site 
with a limited risk of lightning this afternoon. Northeast winds 
decrease after sunset, becoming light and variable overnight.
There are no Min RH concerns, and fair to generally good smoke
dispersion is forecast.
