Temperatures will be cooler and in the 70s south, while in the 80s north. Similar chances for showers will be found tonight, with lows in the 50s. Scattered shower and thunderstorm chances will linger through Sunday for the southern half of the region, shifting to the east on Labor Day. High temperatures through Labor Day are expected to be in the mid 70s to mid 80s, with lows mainly in the 50s. Generally light winds are also expected this weekend. $$
