northwest winds will develop late Wednesday morning through
Wednesday afternoon with gusts to 25 mph. Winds will subside
late Wednesday night into Thursday. Minimum humidity values will
start out in the 30 to 40 percent range on Wednesday and will
trend drier, dropping into the 15 to 20 percent range Thursday and
Friday. Overnight recoveries will be moderate Wednesday night
becoming poor Thursday night.
