periodically breezy onshore flow. At the site of the exercise, winds 
will be strongest in the afternoons with gusts occaisionally up to 
15 mph from the west. Light and variable winds expected overnight. 
Relative humidities will be in the 20 to 30% range during the day with 
moderate recoveries overnight.
