...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM WEDNESDAY TO 11 AM PDT
THURSDAY...

.DISCUSSION...The region remains locked under a weather pattern
favorable for afternoon showers and thunderstorms. Red Flag
Warnings are in effect through Thursday as a result, with storm 
flare-up expected to start around 12 to 2 pm Wednesday afternoon,
subsiding slightly overnight, before more widespread coverage 
kicks in by early morning Thursday. Winds will be light, except 
for in the vicinity of storms, when outflow gusts could reach as 
high as 50 mph at times. 

.WEDNESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (25-35 percent) then becoming 
                    mostly cloudy (65-75 percent). Chance of rain 
                    showers and slight chance of thunderstorms late 
                    in the morning (20-30 percent), increasing late 
                    in the afternoon (45-55 percent). 
CWR.................4 percent increasing to 55 percent late in the 
                    afternoon. 
Chance of lightning.35 percent. 
Max temperature.....85-88. 
Min humidity........21-26 percent. 
Wind (20 ft)........Light winds becoming North-Northeast 5 to 8 mph 
                    by the late morning, shifting to the Northwest by
                    the afternoon. Gusty and erratic winds expected
