...CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS EACH DAY...
.DISCUSSION...
A stationary weather pattern will keep southwest flow over the
central Idaho mountains through the week ahead. Pacific moisture,
coupled with afternoon heat and instability will lead to daily
shower and thunderstorm development. The greatest threat for
thunderstorms will to impact the fire site will be between 3 PM
and 8 PM. Thunderstorms will produce gusty outflow winds that
could channel through valleys and impact the fire even if storms
aren't nearby. Locally heavy rain is also possible from
thunderstorms. Temperatures will be near normal through the week
with generally light terrain driven winds outside of thunderstorms.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny with scattered showers. Isolated
thunderstorms in the afternoon. Thunderstorms
may produce gusty winds in the afternoon.
