...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM CDT /9 AM EDT/ THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and south central Kentucky, including 
  the following counties, in central Kentucky, Casey, Green, Lincoln 
  and Taylor. In south central Kentucky, Adair and Russell.

* WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT /900 AM EDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 536 AM CDT /636 AM EDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
    rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Liberty, Columbia, Rheber, Evans Ford, Rubert Ford, Creston,
    Dunnville, Pricetown, Phil and Labascus.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
