.DISCUSSION...
Mostly dry conditions expected through the early afternoon. Weak
flow resulting in light and variable winds through the early
afternoon, shifting to the east at around 5 mph late in the
afternoon with the sea breeze. Highest chances for showers and
storms after 4 PM, prior to a sea breeze collision near the burn
site between 6-8 PM (chances 40-60%). Winds become light and
variable again overnight, then light southerly Thursday until the
sea breeze pushes through in the late afternoon, shifting winds
southeast. Slightly higher rain chances up to around 70%.
Afternoon smoke dispersion will be Poor, with stagnation possible
due to weak transport winds. Min RHs 55-60 pct. Afternoon highs in
the L-M90s, with peak heat indices in the M100s.
